TW, thanks for visiting. I, personally, can never define the great man in words. To me his depth was awesome and his intellect truly expansive. I am yet to come across a giant like him. Blessed are we that he was born here. His greatness lies not just in his thoughts and wisdom but the impeccable character and the fact that he practiced what he preached. Hard as steel yet soft as a tender flower. I wouldnt like to categorise him into any types..thinker, or spiritualist or whatever...he was all of these and much more. As regards rebirth, I doubt if a soul like his needs to go through the cycle any more...V is eternally free, life cannot bind him...perhaps his essence lives in all of us. To be able to love him, I feel, is an honour and I am proud of it. He was 'The Man'..:)

Thanks for the message, TW.

I, of course, don't expect other people to share my values or my ideas. That is never my goal. However, when I communicate, I expect the other person to hear what I am saying and not what s/he wants to hear or something else entirely. If this happens, I refuse to communicate, because I don't see the point in somebody saying something while being heard, understood, and interpreted as something else entirely. The fault can be mine or the listener's - the point is the purpose of communication is dead when the words that come out of a person's mouth are understood by the speaker and the listener in a diametrically opposite way.

Anyway TW, thanks for your Gb entry. I was reintroduced to some of the concepts I used to keep at the surface of my mind. You communicated a lot more than a li'le :)
